Comment on the Passing of the Honorable Jimmy Carter, 39th President of the United States

　We are saddened to hear of the passing of Jimmy Carter, the 39th President of the United States, and extend our deepest condolences to his family and to the government and people of the United States.

　President Carter, the 39th President of the United States, was a lifelong advocate of peace and diplomacy based on humanitarian principles, and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his outstanding achievements. We would like to express our deepest condolences to the 39th President of the United States, Mr. Carter, and his family.
